Your First Visit

Your first session is focused on understanding your body, your symptoms, and your goals. We’ll go through a detailed discussion and movement assessment to identify the root cause of what’s going on and begin building a plan tailored to your needs.

If appropriate, treatment may begin during this session and may include hands-on techniques, guided movement, and education to help you better understand your body.

  • For pelvic health concerns, your evaluation may also include a specialized assessment of the pelvic floor. This will always be explained beforehand and performed only with your full consent and comfort in mind.
