Services
Physical Therapy
One-on-one orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy designed to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction. Each session includes a comprehensive assessment, hands-on treatment, and individualized movement programming. Our goal is to help you move with confidence and achieve lasting results—not just temporary relief.
Ideal for: Individuals experiencing pain, movement limitations, pelvic floor dysfunction, or returning to activity after injury.
Restorative Pilates
Clinically informed Pilates sessions that bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. We focus on improving core strength, alignment, and body awareness through intentional, controlled movement. Sessions are designed to help you build stability, prevent injury, and maintain long-term progress.
Ideal for: Those looking to build strength, improve core stability, enhance movement quality, or transition safely from rehab to fitness.
Recovery
Targeted, hands-on sessions designed to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and support overall recovery. Each session is tailored to how your body is feeling, combining manual techniques with guided movement. Ideal for maintaining consistency, enhancing performance, and keeping your body moving well.
Ideal for: Active individuals experiencing muscle tightness, mobility restrictions, or needing ongoing support between treatments or workouts.

Meet Dr. Britt
I’m a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic and pelvic health care, with a passion for helping women feel like themselves again. I earned my undergraduate degree from UNC Greensboro and my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Howard University, and I’m also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES).
My approach combines one-on-one physical therapy with Pilates-based movement to address the root cause of dysfunction and support long-term strength and stability. I believe that just because something is common does not mean it’s normal—you deserve to feel strong, confident, and in control of your body.
What To Expect
Your care is designed to be personalized, thorough, and focused entirely on you. Every session is one-on-one, allowing time to fully understand your concerns, assess how your body moves, and create a plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Sessions may include a combination of hands-on treatment, movement assessment, and guided exercise, with an emphasis on helping you understand your body and actively participate in your progress. Whether you’re coming in for physical therapy or Pilates, the goal is to build strength, improve function, and support long-term results—not just temporary relief.
You can expect a supportive, collaborative environment where your concerns are heard, your goals are prioritized, and your care evolves as you progress.
